Hunter is the only person who Eleanor trusts, he is very jealous and doesn’t like other people touching his things. She finds out he's a druggie and dumps him. He get's high and angry and sets out to kill off everyone (possible he kills himself after-not told) He has gotten Eleanor to trust him completely and rely on him for everything so when she finds out what he has done she’s even more crushed. He is the typical ‘pervert/ jock’. This links with personal identity/ aspirations as most guys want to be the man who can get any girl he wants. Hunter is extremely paranoid of people taking Eleanor away from him which is why he kills off her friends.
